Canning
by: Living Provident

Hello,
I found your blog/website today and just love it. We have a dream to live-aboard and are working towards striking out to do it. I noticed your post here on Canning Meat in Ball Jars.

This is one of the thing I have wondered about, I am really into canning and food storage, living providently. I have told my husband that we would can whenever we are able so that we have the best foods available to our family. I have a question for you.

Do you live-aboard? If you do how do you view the canning process on a boat? I am very curious if you have found it to be as good or if it is too much of a hassle. I love canning so I am anticipating it being a wonderful experience.

Thanks
