Boat Towing Service...It Was Just Another Day In Paradise!

It seemed like Mariners loose on the beach eight miles south of Lake Worth Inlet, at West Palm Beach could have been the end. Arbitration Clauses in contracts for towing services need to be talked about.

I am on the look out for salvors that do not have the"Binding Arbitration" agreements or contracts. Some might say good luck on that one.

I want people to be aware of what they are signing and if something goes badly, what their options are...

These vessels are peoples homes, hobbies of all shapes and sizes.
By signing a salvage agreement, the owner waived his rights in court.
